James joined Performant as Vice President in 2022 and focuses on SaaS, software, and tech-enabled services. Prior to joining Performant, James was a Vice President with District Capital Partners where he worked on buy-side M&A transactions for private equity firms (both platforms and roll-ups), focused on SaaS, software, and tech-enabled service across an array of industries including healthcare, education, HR, e-commerce, document management, GRC, and others. James holds a degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
